Administering Appropriate Training

Summary

Several different training regimens and techniques needed to be implemented to the various beneficiaries and administers of this solution. For one, the contact tracers (those on the ground monitoring contacts with the mHealth app.) needed to be trained in proper case reporting. This training needed to be inclusive enough to account for the diverse populations that use the the app. For example, older, less technologically savvy app users needed special attention in order to ensure competency. Taking a step back, proper training was also needed for those who are the trainers themselves.
